Job Title: OnlyFans Growth & Account Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and detail-oriented OnlyFans Manager to oversee day-to-day account operations, content strategies, and fan engagement for our top creators. In this role, you will act as the primary operator responsible for maximizing subscriber retention, driving pay-per-view (PPV) revenue, and scaling overall account growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Operations & Scheduling
- Plan, organize, and maintain daily/weekly content publication schedules across OnlyFans and secondary platforms.
- Manage direct message (DM) sales strategies and coordinate chatting operations to ensure 24/7 account coverage.
- Organize content libraries, ensuring assets are properly tagged, vaulted, and ready for release.
2. Revenue Optimization & Sales Strategy
- Design high-converting messaging funnels, PPV content bundles, and custom order pricing models.
- Monitor subscriber behavior and optimize tip menus, upsells, and targeted promotional campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and account metrics to continuously refine monetization strategies.
3. Fan Engagement & Community Management
- Oversee team chatters to ensure prompt, engaging, and authentic interactions with subscribers.
- Implement subscriber retention tactics to decrease churn rates and increase lifetime customer value (LTV).
- Handle custom content requests, fan feedback, and VIP subscriber relations.
4. Marketing & Fan Acquisition
- Collaborate with social media teams to streamline conversion funnels from TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and Twitter/X.
- Create promotional campaigns, cross-promotions (S4S), and limited-time discount offers to drive new subscriptions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in OnlyFans account management, agency operations, or high-volume digital fan management.
- Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of the OnlyFans backend, vault systems, tracking links, and analytics tools.
- Sales Aptitude: Proven track record of driving digital sales through direct messaging and tiered content packages.
- Communication: Exceptional written English skills with strong conversational empathy and copywriting ability.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using third-party management tools (e.g., Infloww, CreatorHero).
- Basic media editing skills (Lightroom, Canva, basic video trimming).
- Familiarity with social media traffic acquisition strategies (TikTok, Reddit, Instagram Reels).

The primary goal is to drive page revenue, build subscriber loyalty, and deliver personalized fan experiences while maintaining the creator’s unique voice and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Real-Time DM Management: Reply promptly to incoming fan messages, managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Sales & Upselling (PPV): Strategically sell pay-per-view (PPV) photos, videos, and custom content bundles within conversations without sounding spammy.
- Fan Retention & Re-engagement: Send tailored welcome messages to new subscribers and run re-engagement campaigns for quiet or lapsed fans.
